Refund policy

Please note: Tracking is only available once the order has been shipped.


All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). 


Once your order has been placed please allow 1-3 days of processing before your order is shipped. When your order is shipped out you will receive a tracking number. 

We are NOT responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost items once your order has been shipped.


In case your order does get delayed, damaged, or lost please contact USPS. 


We will not replace any damaged or lost items. 


Returns + Exchanges: 


 NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS - NO CANCELLATIONS 

 NylaLynn will NOT issue refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges

We allow for exchanges only if there is an issue regarding sizing and if we have the size you would like to exchange for available. 


If size is unavailable we cannot offer exchange. 


All exchanges must be made within 5 business days after receiving your order !
